Help Hawaiʻi families recover from Hurricane Lala
Hurricane Lala has devastated communities across Hawaiʻi, with Kaʻū amongst the hardest-hit areas. Families are facing serious property damage, lost belongings, disrupted livelihoods, and the enormous costs of beginning to rebuild.
A grassroots, volunteer-run effort by Hawaiʻi Mutual Aid Network, the organizers behind Help Maui Rise and Storm Kokua, has created a list of community-vetted families, ʻohana, farms, and businesses impacted by Hurricane Lala.
If you can, please donate below directly to families who need it.
The relief list includes verified GoFundMe campaigns for Hawaiʻi residents who were severely impacted by the hurricane or who have severe, documented property damage requiring repairs.
If you are able to help, please consider making a donation directly to an affected family, especially those in Kaʻū and other communities that have experienced significant damage.

This is a grassroots, volunteer-run mutual aid effort, and the list is regularly updated as families are verified and added.
As we recover from this storm, let’s make sure our neighbors, particularly those in rural communities like Kaʻū, aren’t left to rebuild alone.
Give what you can. Share the list widely. Help our ʻohana get back on their feet.
